Graeme Connors is a multi-award winning Australian country music singer, songwriter and performer. He is best known for the hits 'A Little Further North' and 'Let the Canfields Burn'. Hailing from Mackay in Queensland, Graeme is a father of five kids, now grown up.

Featured here is the official video clip for Graeme's hit song 'Homeland', shot in Sydney soon after Graeme's involvement as a vocalist in the 1994 'Bridge of Love' recording. Melanie Williamson is featured in the video on piano accordion (standing in for Graeme's regular accordionist, Gary Steele), with Michael Fix on guitar and Paul Robert Burton on upright bass.

The Bridge of Love Project is an official Australian awareness-raising endeavour for the 20th Anniversary International Year of the Family, an initiative of the United Nations. Australia celebrates National Families Week 15-21 May 2014. The UN-designated theme for this year's international campaign is: 'Stronger Families, Stronger Communities'.

All proceeds from the Bridge of Love Project are directed towards Barnardos Australia for their continuing work with vulnerable children and young people in our communities.
